About Our Office
Our London office is located in the heart of the financial district, easily accessible by public transport. We're a short walk from Bank and Liverpool Street stations.
While much of our client work happens on-site at your facilities, our office serves as the base for our consulting team and houses our research and methodology development activities.

If you'd like to meet at our office, please email us to arrange an appointment. Our building has standard security procedures – you'll need to check in at reception on the ground floor, and we'll come down to collect you.
Directions
From Bank Station: Exit onto Threadneedle Street and walk east for approximately three minutes. Our building is on the left side, marked with a brass nameplate.
From Liverpool Street Station: Exit onto Bishopsgate, turn right onto Threadneedle Street, and continue for five minutes. The building will be on your right.
By Car: Limited street parking available nearby. We recommend the NCP car park on London Wall, about a seven-minute walk from our office.

Consultation Call
If there appears to be potential fit, we'll schedule a thirty to forty-five minute consultation call. This is an opportunity to discuss your challenges in more detail and explore possible approaches.
Assessment & Proposal
For projects that proceed, we typically conduct a brief on-site assessment to properly size the work. We then provide a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing.

Yes. We don't charge for initial conversations to assess fit and scope. If we proceed to a formal engagement, any assessment work will be clearly outlined and priced in our proposal.
Absolutely. While our office is in London, we serve clients throughout the United Kingdom and occasionally in Europe. Our consultants travel to client sites as needed for assessments and implementation support.
A general description of your operational challenges is sufficient to start. We'll ask clarifying questions during the consultation. If you have process documentation or performance metrics, those are helpful but not required for initial discussions.
